Inner soles gave out wrapped around my daughters toes causing her to scream in pain.When I asked the company to replace them as I understand this can happen. I am told to not contact them.

These are great slippers with a (mostly) rubber sole. These have been worn outside and stayed nice after handwashing. Will be buying in the next size up.

I really enjoyed this product the moment it arrived and went onto my baby’s feet. He did too. They look great! However, the next day, the insoles came out. Underneath was a strip of double-sided tape that was expected to hold them in place. To make it worse, the furry part that goes on top of the insole (that makes contact with Baby’s feet) was peeling back and also failing to stick to the insole. I did quite a bit of searching for the right baby moccs-- and these are the best for the price I've found. They're as good a quality as the Freshly Picked leather moccs and a better price. There are cheaper options, but they're plastic-y material and may rub at the ankles. Plus, these are rubber on the bottom so my 10 month old can cruise the furniture without slipping. Great shoe. Adorable and warm. Easy to get on 15 month old. Great traction for a new walker. White isn’t pure white which is fine with me. More of a super light gray with a hue of green even under some lights. My husband was not a fan and thought these shoes were too "girly”. Perhaps but I’m still a fan and think my little fella is rocking them just fine!

Perfect fit for my grandson. Elastic around ankle but not too tight. Well made. Fleece lining very warm. Still has plenty of toe room to grow into. He loves them and wears them whenever he visits.

I like these, they are very warm and they look comfortable on my baby's feet. One problem is that the insoles keep coming out, and after wearing them for a week they look worn out and she wears in the house only. Also I got another pair if really nice warm shoes in-store (Walmart) for $5 which appears more durable than this.
