I bought these shoes because we often go to amusement parks nearby and I get blisters between my toes after long hours of walking. I read that toe socks prevent this and wanted to try it. They're very comfortable in my running shoes, very light and breathable, but they're *very* cheaply made. At first they felt great! Conclusion: They're medium weight, they're thicker than a lot of other toe socks I've tried, and I think a good thing. I've been wearing them regularly (not summer) for almost 2.5 years and they haven't been worn out or punctured at the bottom yet. These are my favorite socks. After washing; they are not low enough for my liking until they get smaller.
