about what I expected. It's not hard work at all. but for easy towel insertion, ease of installation, and tidy appearance, this seems acceptable. The mounting system is definitely a weak point, but that was clear from the ad and description. I am happy with the purchase.

We don't use standard size towels. We prefer bath sheets and this one is actually wide enough to accommodate a bath sheet. I didn't install it, my SC did. I wasn't there when it was installed so I have no idea how difficult it was to install. All I know is that it does the job by allowing our bath towels to dry completely.

I love this heated towel rail! This is exactly what I was looking for. It's very strong - I can gently pull it down (as if to test its strength) and it won't even budge. It's wide enough for my bath towel (which was important to me). Doesn't look or feel cheap at all. Installation took less than 5 minutes. Very good quality, especially for the price! Definitely recommend!

My clever husband installed it with no problems, all parts included. The bar is lighter than I expected but looks and works well. The bars are spaced far enough apart that the back towel (mine) dries out between uses, but I move my husband's front towel to the opposite side so my towel has good circulation. We are happy with the purchase.

i chose this towel rail because of its width. I have large, beautifully designed bath towels that I wanted to display but didn't want to fold and press side by side onto the 'standard' towel holder that came with the kit. This bar is very easy to install. I think it took me 10 minutes to install TOPS. it is very durable and works great. definitely recommend!

We have a new house, all 1990's style! We replace all towel rails and give them a rustic, industrial look. Matt black. That's exactly what we wanted. But we added some barn wood behind it that we screwed to the wall first. Then, using accurate measurements and a spirit level, attach the heated towel rail to the tree. I'm not using the second/back bar at the moment, but I can change the towel display and will use it at some point. Just try something now. We love it.

Generally a decent product, but there are flaws. The rear towel can be a little awkward to lift and remove from the rack as the bars are close together. This is compounded by the fact that the wands are very slick, so taking off a towel without knocking off another towel can be quite an act of juggling, which my body can't always successfully handle before coffee. If the rods had a little more spacing and the texture on top of the rod helped keep towels in place, this would be a 5 star product!
