Exact fit and new specs

Considering this is sold by Hoover it's no wonder the filter fits perfectly and gives my vacuum cleaner new specs. I don't know why I waited several years to buy a second filter. It's nice to have a spare filter, so if the filter in the middle of the rug gets clogged I can change it, wash the dirty one and finish the job. Spend a few bucks. It's worth it.

  • Impressive
Cons
  • Nothing

Far from OEM - Filter

Fits well but causes severe vacuum clogging at the top of the wind tunnels and just below the filter. I never had this problem before using this filter. As a result, the vacuum cleaner heats up and the upper pressure valve "spits out" dust every time the vacuum cleaner is started, no matter how well I cleaned the vacuum cleaner beforehand. Don't worry if you don't want to completely break the wind tunnel between each room in your home.

  • Nice appearance
Cons
  • Protection

This is a fake that will clog and overheat your vacuum cleaner.

This is a fake. It doesn't let enough air through and clogs the vacuum cleaner. I had to disassemble the whole vacuum cleaner and clean everything. He could overheat. It doesn't let in enough air. Something wrong. My old one works better but I wanted to use the second while the other was completely dry after rinsing. I have a UH72400 Air Steerable WindTunnel Hoover vacuum.

Pros
  • Not cheap but decent
Cons
  • Piggy bank price

Replacement works fine but I don't recommend washing it.

. I manually remove the accumulated lint, mostly in the center of the filter, and then take it outside and bang the filter against a tree or wall, depending on which way the wind is blowing. I tried washing them but the lint stuck together in the fabric and I couldn't remove it. I'm sure what gets into this filter depends on what type of carpet or flooring you have, but shaking out the dust worked much better for me.

Pros
  • . Very good price.
Cons
  • . Nervous.

It works, that's the most important thing.

I can't say I'm 100% sure it will work as well as the original filter, what I got was definitely an aftermarket or 3rd party remake. However, it fits perfectly in a vacuum and doesn't stink like the original. They say you can wash them which you can, but the important part is making sure they dry quickly. Now with a replacement I was able to vacuum this one up so I could wash the original in the dishwasher. It survived and came out very clean and then I threw it in our dryer with some towels…

To insert the filter

The filter fitted: I had to press a little to install it. It didn't look like the original at all. I am very disappointed with the fit. Didn't use a vacuum cleaner. Waiting for the exhaust filter. once I have the exhaust filter I can start the vacuum and give a decent review. What I've seen lately are the crappy parts being sold on Revain for your used vacuum cleaner. My Hoover vacuum is 6 years old. It can be used with the right parts. I prefer to throw the vacuum cleaner away and buy a new…

(Not a Fake! on Vacuum Cleaners & Floor Care

If you're wondering why your vacuum cleaner is working but nothing gets into the tank, it's because everything is sticking under your filter! Don't buy this filter if you I don't want your vacuum to explode Edit: Ignore my review and try this After taking this vacuum apart and cleaning all the hoses I found a simple answer I hope this helps you The red hose inside the canister should reach the bottom of the canister with the vacuum on. My seal had a gap between it and the canister so I pulled…
