In my long life I have used many products to get rid of pet urine smell. This is the best product ever! My carpets now look like new again and the smell is gone! I wasn't expecting that and I'm literally amazed. You can't go wrong with this product! I have given up every product on the market. I thought I'd take the risk, it's worth it!

They have a Hoover Max Extract machine, All Terran, this Hoover Petplus 2x product is amazing, with two poodles the urine stain was removed in 5 passes, all stains were gone, and he also used the usual clean shampoo all over the carpet . I used regular Hoover shampoo bar and was about to give up until I discovered that urine is unique and harder to remove. I used warm water, not hot; this also seems to work better. I received a brand new Hoover FH50150 Carpet Basics Power Scrub Deluxe Carpet Cleaner and used this solution last night. The 2 together cleaned my carpet wall to wall much better than my older Oreck. He removed any stains from the black mulch brought onto the light beige carpets by the dog's paws and shoes.
