🧹 Hoover 8 Platinum I Vacuum Bags for Platinum Canisters - 4 Packs with 2 Bags Each Review

No HEPA Filter. Not a Hoover brand. Not Hoover Platinum. No packaging. I ordered them for HEPA filters. I have just received eight bags of poor quality Envirocare vacuums. Not as advertised. I will try to post a picture.

Ordered Hoover brand 'I' hepa bags as per product descriptions and Hoover brand packaging shown for the item. I got another generic "I" stamp. ' that are not Hepa at the price of Hoover brand Hepa 'I' bags.

Packages were sent and received very promptly. I was a bit surprised that these are HEPA bags. I use this vacuum to vacuum things around the edges where the post can't reach. I'm not sure I need a bag like this. It does what it's designed to do, doesn't throw dust back into the air, not that it's dusty around the edges.

When my order arrived it was missing 3 Hoover Platinum Vertical Vacuum Bags and 4 Hoover Container Bags. In the evening I sent an email to the dealer. In the morning I received a reply letter with a phone number to call for the company to send the required amount which was not enough. When I called I found the representative was a genuine caring person who shipped the rest of my order right away. Will I order from you again? Most likely!

I am very glad these bags are exactly what I need. The price was amazing for 8 bags! They usually come 2 in a box; This price reflects the type of packaging used - it was 8 individual sachets in a box. I put them in a ziplock plastic bag to keep their shape and stay clean. It was a wise decision to offer a great price on this product when shipping in bulk with no "bulk" packaging - it saved me money and saved the carrier money. Feel free to buy again from this seller.

I got the Hoover canister with the full size model as a bonus and have used the lightweight canister with the long cord more than the full size. In addition to being more convenient to use and store, the canister vacuum is superior to any portable model I've purchased. I love the variety of attachments that come with it and I'm particularly pleased that I don't have to charge the battery. ***EDIT/UPDATE*** The seller (B&M Housewares) stated there was a mix up and immediately sent me a full replacement set of original Hoover bags (in original boxes) shortly after I said so them that I have a problem with the product. I now have the product I originally ordered and B&M Housewares did a great job of resolving the issue so quickly.
