Perfect fit for my Tundra 08

Plugs directly into my truck's ports with ease. All that needed to be done was a new power line and brake control and I was set. Total installation time was 10 minutes including cutting a new hole in the bumper.

Pros
  • Excellent fit for me
Cons
  • Minor issues

Almost correct wiring

I bought this for my 2012 Toyota Tacoma. The connector on the end of the harness was wrong so I had to cut the connector off the old harness and connect it to the new one. If you're willing to put in that much work, this wiring harness is great, but definitely not a plug and play setup for my Tacoma.

Pros
  • Trial for one year
Cons
  • Discontinued

95% Genuine Attachment Parts

Identical in size and function to the OEM harness at a fraction of the cost. The spark plugs were perfect and broke like the OEM. A star deduction only because, as mentioned, the holder could have used more beef, it is a bit more flexible than I would like. If they had made it with thicker steel it would have been 5 stars but that doesn't detract from functionality.

Had a few issues with my trailer headlights, tried others.

I had several problems with the trailer lights, tried other options and after many hours found that the problem was with the factory connection. It was installed in 5 minutes, now all trailer lights work, including the reversing lights. Please note, always turn off your trailer lights before returning to the water, having learned something new, the connectors are NOT submersible!

Pros
  • Easy to read control panel
Cons
  • Clarity

Very good plug. Best in External Accessories

Good product. Connected to my 2007 Toyota Tundra. Had to modify the original bracket to install it. Just had to drill 4 new holes and use the screws provided. I chose not to use the mount that comes with the kit. Very thin metal and bends easily. I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 because I feel it should have been a direct match to the original mount. Over $327.00 for a Toyota OEM part.

Pros
  • Practical item
Cons
  • High price

Being a good buyer is best in wiring

After my original seat belt snapped I contacted Toyota and they asked for $335. Hopkins costs about $27. The new thing worked fine. I had to drill a few holes in the bracket to attach it to the hitch. I haven't connected the trailer yet, but it went so smoothly that I don't think there will be any problems. If so, you can make many adjustments for the price difference.

Pros
  • Brings joy
Cons
  • There are more interesting options.

Correct plugin for 2007 Toyota Tundra

Used this plugin to replace a plugin on my 2007 Toyota Tundra. I've read reviews where there was some disagreement as to which model is right for my particular truck, but it was the correct model and a perfect fit. The lights don't work unless the plug was just right. So we decided to replace it. The replacement was relatively easy and the trailer plug now fits snugly. I like that it has a 4-pin connector. Happy shopping and good price!

Pros
  • Absolute Legend
Cons
  • Almost never

I had to replace the factory plug as the cover broke. Of course, at $200 each, I started looking for an alternative. This block plugged right into my factory forks. Disadvantage? This is a factory replacement with a universal mount. I couldn't fit this to the factory bracket that was welded to my hitch. Now it's out of place and attached to the underside of the bumper. I think it would be nice to have a factory replacement that also fits the factory bracket. Otherwise it met my goals.

Pros
  • Easy installation

4 rubber pen. Yes. Rubber

The article is very easy. It was a direct replacement for my Tundra. Which turned out to be wrong. It is in order. Adapt and overcome properly. Everything installed. The round recipe is perfect. No questions. Now 4 pins. And god, if only I had known that before I spent my money. The case of the 4th pencil gum. Soft soft rubber. Plugging anything into an outlet is a real nightmare. I have to carry dielectric grease to connect everything as it only sticks to the neck of each connector. Tightened…
