Right adapter in mounting accessory

Good quality. Well-known company. Has been working for almost a year. The previous adapter lasted over 15 years on my small Nissan truck. I hope that too.

Pros
  • Free for educational use
Cons
  • Damaged

Plug and play for 88 hard bodies!

I was a little apprehensive when I received it, it was like it had been through Hurricane Harvey but the suspension inside looked brand new. Installation was easy.

Pros
  • Quality finish

Perfect fit for Nissan Hardbody Pickup

Who would have thought I could order a car trailer hitch for a 32 year old pickup and it would be delivered in 24 hours AND it plugs right into the Nissan wiring with no " punches"? Perfect product, super easy installation with clear instructions at a reasonable price. Thanks Hopkins!

Pros
  • This is amazing
Cons

best price on Revain

Perfect fit for '96 Nissan Hardbody. Literally plug and play, it took me longer to safely route and secure the wires than plugging it in. I've saved hours trying to hack factory wiring, and I have the "brains" to distinguish between brake lights and turn signals. My local auto parts (national chain) wanted $48, the best price on Revain.

Pros
  • Durable finish
Cons
  • Mostly ok but...

easy easy easy on External accessories

This is my second. The first was a picture and I had to remove the taillights to install it. after all the work on the rice, it was broken, didn't work. was told they could not return the rice as it had been used. Ordered Hopkins and maybe 10 minutes later it was on and working great. I would recommend Hopkins to anyone. is plugged into the wiring harness of the pick-up.

Pros
  • So far satisfied
Cons

Excellent wiring harness

Clear instructions and well made wiring harness for my 1991 Nissan 4x4 pickup. My truck is high enough to get under the back to make connections and wiring securely wasn't a problem. I attached the 4 wire connector using a Hopkins 48595 bracket (highly recommended) which includes self tapping screws for attachment to the lower bumper. Tip: Install the clevis far enough away from the hitch pin so it doesn't catch on a hitch arm bracket on tight turns.

Pros
  • Good product for the price
Cons
  • Big and bulky

Easy integration into outdoor accessories

I used it on my 1997 Nissan 4x4 Kingcab pickup. Installation was easy, no cutting or splicing: crawl under the left (passenger) side of the rear bumper, disconnect the factory wiring harness and connect the resulting two connectors to the mating two on the Hopkins T-connector. As a preventive measure against corrosion, I coated the plugs with grease before connecting them. If necessary, use plastic ties to keep the cables from hanging or pulling. Tip: If your truck ever has weird…
