Hopkins Towing Solutions 9615 Cross Check Review

Handy little tool for leveling trailers. Blisters appeared inside after the first winter of storage. Deceased after a summer in AZ. Worked, but ages badly. Glue lasted longer than plastic.

I installed this just behind the hitch on the drawbar of my caravan. It is small and fixed with screws. I like to travel light so I don't have to pack or search for anything when I get to the campsite. All trailers must have a built-in spirit level!

I bought this for a small pop up I was just renovating. I keep it in my truck and just pop it on my tongue when I'm ready to line up the device. It works great, is removable (but can be bolted on for permanent installation if desired) and appears accurate when checked with a 3" spirit level. I would recommend it.

I also had to remove the adhesive from the back. I can use it by putting it on the RV fridge wire shelf to check the flatness of the fridge. The most important reason for flatness. Tip: On the next counter, note the front-to-back and side-to-side location of the bubbles. Now rotate the tool 90 degrees. If the new front-to-back position and new side-by-side position match the initial readings, you know you have a good tool for the job.
