Officially licensed by SCEA. Compatible with PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 3. Compact design with all the features of a typical arcade stick controller. 8-button layout and micro switch activated joystick. Share button included.
Works right out of the box. Just plug it in, it takes a regular controller to turn it on, then press the PS button on the flash drive. The controller is small but responsive. So far works well with Street Fighter 5, Skullgirls and Guilty gear. A good arcade joystick for beginners or if you just want something more portable. Also works on PC.
I bought these purely for research purposes. I've played pads my whole life and wanted a fighting stick that was compact and inexpensive. This stick does both well, no issues with boot sticking or hard stick movement. This is a reliable fighting stick for the money. It's just that I won't continue this lay life, but whatever, it's still a good product.
Buy the MAYFLASH F101 arcade joystick instead of this joystick. It's almost the same price and much better quality in every way. Mini is only a good option for small kids or a portable stick option. Also, you cannot modify this stick at all. They are stuck with square gates. However, it works and it's not scary, but this May outbreak is simply the best deal.
This is the perfect controller for the casual gamer who just needs an arcade joystick without breaking the bank. click on them. Also, it's almost impossible to modify this thing. It mainly uses proprietary components, so adding Sanwa materials will likely require some serious manual work. Spring for Mayflash if you want new parts.
Stick is good for first use but too small for kneeling comfortably, thickness is uncomfortable on almost any surface and joystick feels too tight. Everything else is solid, nice square clasp with responsive buttons in a good position for my medium sized hand, the buttons on top work but would be better with a tactile button than a rubber button although I can see why they didn't work. If HORI makes another mini model they should make the full size buttons and arcade stick ball removable but…
This wand is incredibly small, I have used cheap myflash before and had a hard time getting used to the tiny size of this one. The joystick is smaller, the buttons are smaller and closer together, less handroom in general. I also had a Crap Stick and sometimes when I move to the left it gets stuck and doesn't work. This stick is frankly a very inappropriate way to play fighting games, you could also play on a tablet instead of using this abomination of stick. I find it ok as a toy, but it's not
I chose it for PS4 fighting games for a less obvious reason: emulation. When I was a very young kid I had arcade sticks for both the NES and SNES and recently I wanted to play something. I can say with certainty that it works out of the box with a PC, no problem. Have played quite a few different games, DKC3, Super Mario World, Star Fox, Yoshi's Island, Mega Man 2, Zelda and they all play great with this stick so far. The processing quality is generally sufficient. It's a little smaller than I…
In preparation for Street Fighter 5, among other fighting games, I bought this because it's a $40 arcade joystick and I can always return it. Well it's a MUST. Mini. Compared to my Xbox 360 Soul Calibur V stick, this thing is tiny. In detail, it is acceptable, the buttons are smaller than regular joysticks, and the build quality is definitely cheaper. The buttons feel like they stick when pressed, but you get what you pay for. of course) stick to the path if you feel you want to get more out of
I never liked fighting games like I used to because of the PS3/Xbox 360 controllers. Triggers always made it feel clunky. I never wanted to pay $200 for a controller, so I stayed away from Battle Sticks. Then I saw the HORI Fighting Stick Mini 4 and hesitated at €40. I finally took the plunge after looking at the mediocre reviews, but I saw a YouTube review by Ronin24 and they said for $40 it's a damn good stick. Not as good as pro sticks, but still a damn good stick. Got it today, some…
