Nice to have: pH test

Very useful but I don't know why they include any small sample tabs with no info on where to get more. The tabs are little teardrop shaped pieces of paper the size of a fingernail and I understand they charge $66 for $100 to get more. They aren't required for sampling, but I just don't see why they include them in the first place without making them more accessible.

Pros
  • pH meter
Cons
  • Some errors

Calibration of the best in testing, measuring and verifying

The product does not work systematically. I had the old version and it was great. When the replacement of the sensor was discontinued, I opted for this new model. It's hard to know if it's properly calibrated. So I'm not sure about the testimony. I won't even change the sensor. In less than a year it seems to have gotten worse. When I try to calibrate I get error messages. I have the feeling that I have a defective sensor.

Pros
  • Testing, measuring and verifying
Cons
  • So far so good

Erroneous readings during testing, measuring and checking

These units are defective. I have received the device and completed the calibration procedure but received an error message for a 2000ppm test liquid. I went back and got a replacement. Again I followed the calibration procedure but the unit read 160ppm for a 150ppm test liquid. I calibrated anyway and it worked without errors. However, when I checked the readings with the test liquid, they turned out to be wrong. It would read 500ppm for a 150ppm test at another time and 3000ppm at another…
