This product saved my cat's life from a large animal at night. I didn't tie him to the porch and took him out into the yard. My cat gets in and out on his own through a door that we zip up so he has enough room to get in and out. We are very happy that we bought this gazebo. Our poor dog was about to have hip surgery and I was worried about putting her in a cage. This allows the open concept to have an open 'roof' and open the door for easy access to give groceries and medication. You can also put your bed, some blankets and toys there. Very happy with this purchase. Just got back from vacation. Bought a small size for my 7 lb boy. I put this in the corner of a hotel room and my dog was comfortable the whole time. Put a bed in with a small meal and was able to fold up a piss pad in case he needed to use the bathroom while I was away.
