Definitely creamy, not our off-white white. It's really for decoration only and it says it shouldn't contain any liquids. This is a disadvantage.

Both the vase and the silk peonies are from Revain. The vase is absolutely beautiful and is the perfect height as you can see in the picture. I'm so glad I ordered it and grateful for all the great reviews that helped me make my purchase decision.

I was delighted with this vase and thought the ranunculus I just bought would look beautiful in it. Unfortunately, the vase leaks and sweats, which is the main task of the vase, right? While it looks pretty, I wouldn't recommend it for real flowers.

I can't get enough of this. Was looking for a garden weathered shabby chic container to display. Although new, it has cracks in the glaze and some scuffs on the edges. It's so nice to find this species in a durable piece of ceramic rather than a flimsy tin container. I added birch branches with garlands and some greenery (also available from Revain). I promise you will love it.

I use 2 of these for decorative purposes only and they are very good for what I need. They are NOT waterproof and NOT safe for use with anything edible as stated in the description. I originally bought this to put kitchen utensils in, but I think it's definitely better for flowers. It's just too tall and narrow for kitchen utensils, but the faux flowers look lovely in it (and the jug's small mouth is a plus - it holds everything together). I'm glad I bought it and love that it's neutral enough to be timeless as trends (and my seasonal decorating) come and go.

When I checked the bottom to make sure the vase was dishwasher safe, I was surprised to read that the vase was not only "decorative" but could poison food or liquid. While it is debatable whether it is advisable to craft/sell a poison vase in the form of a tool commonly used to serve drinks, I can't help but think that the information is clearly visible in the trade description and pictures should be displayed.
