These are not work or winter gloves, they are DRIVER gloves so they are very tight fitting. The skin is oily-soft and elastic, so it doesn't impede movement in any way. I was concerned about the tightness but they are excellent, like a second skin. Now the question is how well they hold up in the weather when I'm cycling 300-400 miles a week on my commute.

I've always liked suede gloves because they seem durable, very strong and fit GREAT. As others have said they had some trouble landing. I did the same but customer service was good and a replacement pair was shipped promptly. Even before I sent the first pair back. In any case, the second pair fits perfectly, so I give the gloves 5 stars. Indecent, I ordered Black - XL. I usually wear L-XL so the size is as expected. Hope that helps.
