Dependable and Easy-to-Use Welding Tool

Based on my observations, this welding plastic is a must-have for industrial power tool enthusiasts. The compact design is impressive, making it easier to maneuver in complex workspaces. With quick heat-up and superior meltability, it’s a reliable tool that will help expedite any welding project. On the downside, it leaves behind minor smoke, but that's only a minor inconvenience. In conclusion, it’s a satisfying purchase that lives up to its promises.

Pros
  • Easy to use and dries quickly
Cons
  • Not suitable for larger plastic welding projects

I love wire welding.

Bought for a Longevity Mig 140 welder and it fits perfectly. Of great importance when welding with wire, improved visibility when welding compared to a standard tip. Ordered a few more for stock.

Pros
  • Flux Core Plastic Nozzle
Cons
  • Expensive

Not suitable for welding and brazing

It is better to cut slits in a regular nozzle to distribute the flux. It just prevents splashes from getting into the gas port. The tip protrudes far beyond the nozzle, so it can short circuit and you cannot support the nozzle when striking the arc. This can have some benefit in overhead flux welding.

Pros
  • Nozzle to protect the quality of welds and the life of broaching coils and guns
Cons
  • Long delivery time
