Very satisfied with product and customer service

I like that you can customize what each room looks at when it first loads up! You have to pay for more features but if its something your looking for then this software will fit right into place where ever you are located within their system!! Highly recommend. ! Nothing yet. The best thing about softone so far has been how simple everything works from being able to check-in guests or update them without having anyone else assist me through all of my needs as well as easy inventory…

Pros
  • Simple interface with great support.
  • Great customer service in case any unforeseen issues arise (which doesn't happen much)
  • Easy customization per request such things including changing color scheme, adding pictures throughout hotel rooms.etc...and many other options available too!!!
Cons
  • Somewhat pricey compared others

Good Reservation Software For Small Hotels

I like that it's easy to check reservations for different hotels without having too much information about them; It also has many useful options when you're looking at your own property or those of another owner/property manager - e-mails are sent out automatically whenever there are changes made online which helps us keep track! The layout can sometimes be confusing but once we figure things out they work well enough so far! We've been using this software since 2013 as our only reservation…
