It's quite easy for users without any IT experience in using it (which is most of my clients). The only disadvantage may be that sometimes some functionality could have been improved e g an easier interface/design or even better pricing calculation formulas which would make more sense especially with currency changes during specific periods such as at Xmas time - so I am not saying this isn't possible but maybe worth thinking about since your paying per month!
