Very well managed cloud-based solution

The platform is easy to use for both Guests & Staff alike! I have been using it since 2015 in my previous hotels but this year i am managing an Eyewebz property from India where they are providing amazing services like room service management etc.. No issues at all so far!! Nothing really that was not good when we were still working together as clients/partners :) If you're considering hiring them then go ahead. Great way of keeping track and communicating with staff members

I like that you can see who is in each room from anywhere within our property! It has been very helpful when it comes to guest service requests or if we need help finding someone at an event/function etc., but sometimes there are some minor glitches (I think this could be addressed by updating their app). We have not found any issues yet as far what they provide for us so i would say its great!! If anyone reading wants more information about how easy using them was please feel free ask me :)…
