Bought a little less than 3 months ago, the main shower head broke. Almost everything is made of fragile cheap plastic. All I did was push the head down with my thumb (it has a ball joint so it should move a bit) and the head fell off. At first I thought the ball joint somehow fell out. Installation was pretty easy. I don't think it affected the water pressure. I find the rain/massage setting to be the gentlest. The massage feels like it hits me and the rain looks like needles.
