I retired but was asked to go back to work. I needed a laptop and it suited my needs. I'm on a laptop at 8-5 and love it. I had to download several applications to access it remotely. They work great. I can do whatever I need to do to work. It was incredibly easy to set up.

Aesthetically very pleasing but won't run games at all in case anyone is wondering. RAM and storage space are extremely small and not worth upgrading. But it's still very light and has decent battery life, making it super portable. I really only use it for drawing or watching videos, but I find it useful for schoolwork and the like. The laptop was received, the packaging is intact with no damage. I then set up the laptop and used it for a few hours each day for about 15 days. I turned it on for Christmas and all I got was a black screen and a short flash of light. It also couldn't be turned off. So I had to send the laptop back and am waiting for a loan to buy it.

FIRST: This is a great basic computer for home use. it is new in the box. BUT WARNING: This looks like it was bought from a Walmart store and resold on Amazon. It claims to come with Microsoft 365 BUT activation must be done within 6 months of original purchase and that time has already passed! YOU WILL NOT GET MICROSOFT OFFICE WITH THIS PURCHASE. I'm keeping it because I don't care but you might.

Just received this today and so far so good. My son brought me a Chromebook, but I really needed one with Windows. Got it in rose gold and it's beautiful! It was very easy to install and packaged nicely. I will write more after using it for a while. It has Windows 10 S. I need to get rid of it to play the games I already have, but I'll let you know how well it works.

The picture shows how I received the memory card sealed with transparent tape with a mouse pad on the outside of the box which was a product box showing exactly the contents. As a writer I wanted space to be saved for my work and this is amazing. It fits in all my programs and is very easy to set up. Battery life has been amazing so far, and the screen is bright and easy to read (and I love that I can adjust both the mood and brightness). I'm pretty happy with this laptop; for my needs it is ok. However, I had no idea what "Windows 10 S mode" means. Now that I've been using it for a while, I'm not 100% sure I like "S-Mode". It has its pros and cons, so check out Windows 10 S before you buy this PC. You can disable S mode and run the full version of Windows 10, but once you do, there's no turning back. I've decided to continue using S mode because I'm not sure if this system meets the hardware requirements to run the full version
