This thing froze, went dark and lost my information since the first time I used it. problems.

3/20/21: So I got this directly from HP. I set it up and the first time I tried to print with it it crashed. Mouse, keyboard, nothing I moved didn't respond on screen. I had to use the keyboard to turn the device off and get it running again, but I'm very concerned as it's been 30 days since purchase (didn't open it right away) and HP won't give me a return. I gave this laptop to a friend, saw that it has a 256GB HDD, I was shocked :( I ordered a 512GB SSD, why is it only 256GB?! Er also says that sometimes the screen freezes !
