K&N HP 7000 Oil Filter

Well what can you say about an oil filter? Comes complete with a replacement o-ring and will fit the GMC product I ride. First remove the filter and then drain the oil. This removes the old oil as best as possible.

Pros
  • HIGH FLOW: Designed to provide an exceptional flow rate and constant oil flow to the engine
Cons
  • poorly thought out

Get the best: Filters

I've just bought a new car and I need only the very best products to do it. I chose this filter mainly because I like K&N air filters. They are really well made and the quality shows and now I can say the same about this product. It doesn't disappoint. Only the best for my new car and for me they are the best.

Pros
  • HIGH PERFORMANCE: Last longer service intervals Recommended by some car manufacturers
Cons
  • I'm silent

K&N Quality in a Sleek Design

I was very surprised when my wife's HHR took this filter. I use the K&N filter on everything and can't say enough about their quality. One thing I would recommend is to make sure you have an extra plastic cap if your car uses one. I'm only talking about the Delco AC filter that came with a cap because it was cheaper than the cap itself! Just in case you ever break it, as I think Chevy recommends changing it every time. We have at least 4 oil changes and 35,000 miles on the HHR and have never…

Pros
  • Thoroughly Tested: Laboratory tested for excellent capacity and tensile strength
Cons
  • A few small things

Just K&N for me: Oil Filter and Accessories

Superb quality of this filter. The folds are flawless, evenly distributed and firmly fixed inside. Filters from other manufacturers use poor quality paper with jagged folds that can collapse under stress in the car. If in doubt, watch the YouTube oil filter comparison video and see for yourself. It's worth the extra cost so your engine doesn't fail because of a crappy oil filter. This is an overlooked part of engine health and longevity. Most people think the engine will be fine as long as they

Pros
  • EASY TO REMOVE: Quick and easy removal with wrench
Cons
  • Hard to tell
