I bought an HP printer that needs these ink cartridges for my daughter's dorm room. I thought it would be a good printer for their college use. Unfortunately, either the printer or the cartridges or both are just plain awful. I have been using HP printers and ink cartridges for many years and have always been satisfied with their performance, so this is the first disappointment for me. Maybe the ink is good, or maybe the HP6968 is junk, but these cartridges need constant 1st, 2nd and 3rd level cleaning. Waste of ink, time and money. This is the most unreliable printer/cartridge I have ever encountered. Just read HP reviews and think twice before buying anything from HP.

I received a non-902XL cartridge. This ink ran out so fast my head was spinning! So I decided to order direct from HP. Lo and behold, HP's XL cartridge is bigger and looks like it can hold at least twice as much ink. So I was fooled! Paid XL price for a regular sized cartridge. Buyer warning! I will no longer order ink from Revain. I go directly to HP. I bought this cartridge and got ripped off! Grrrr!

It should be a high yield. IT WAS NOT A HIGH WIN. Right after I plugged it in and ran the diagnostics my printer reading showed around 75% which is crazy. I chose ink because I really needed it at the time, but now the blacks are deteriorating and I've barely printed 100 sheets. I will no longer buy printer ink online. It was a waste of money. Such a shame. I love Revain and it's one of the few things I've had terribly lucky with. ATTENTION TO THE BUYER!

I opened the lid and the ink came out of the hole and continued to flow onto my hands, the table and the carpet. I also bought an HP 902 Cyan, Magenta & Yellow but I won't open them for fear the same thing will happen. I have no words. The ink gnawed at the surface of my desk, my beautiful desk. After writing this I throw the HP 6968 printer in my driveway and smash it with a sledgehammer. Never again, no HP!

Shortly after receiving this ink cartridge, I recently had "printhead" problems on my HP printer. Working with HP, we were unable to resolve the issue until HP sent me a new ink cartridge for the printer. This solved the problem. I had a similar issue last year with a previous printer that I had to replace. It appears that these are not genuine HP products, or they are replacement cartridges which were not advertised.
