I hope someone again files an HP class action lawsuit for their printers whose printers ONLY accept HP cartridges or they won't work. Buying an HP inkjet printer was the biggest mistake I've ever made. It won't even try to print if it mistakenly thinks the cartridge is low on space. ink fraud. After 13 months, it stopped working in a number of ways, and HP is investing all of its resources into developing a system that ensures you can't talk to a human. And now their website says the printer, which is a year and a half old, is "out of service".

Terrible HP business practices. I only print in black and white, cyan always runs out. Presumably the printer refuses to print unless it has a cyan cartridge! This HP printer is making me tear my hair out. Choose a Brother printer or something smarter than HP. Shouldn't be too hard to find. HP has confirmed that this is not a defect and that cyan is used to clean the printheads. Maybe they just need better engineers.

I bought this cartridge on November 3rd. I installed it in my printer at work before Thanksgiving. I got two notifications that cyan is already out of ink! It's been about two months and I NEVER PRINT at work! This is absolutely disappointing and ridiculous. I would NOT recommend any purchase and would give ZERO stars if possible.
