🖨️ Original HP 962XL Cyan High-yield Ink Cartridge for HP OfficeJet 9010/Pro 9010/9020 Series, Instant Ink Eligible Review

When I bought a printer in December, I ordered a full set of color and b/w cartridges to have spares. Now I had to order a cyan and you shouldn't calculate that because the one from the December order is useless. Unfortunately this has caused a fault in the printer and I cannot use it at all until I get a replacement. I hope other colors work. I believe I should get credit for the "empty" cartridge and possibly replace the entire set for free as I expect others to be useless as well.

Date stamp on the box is JUNE 2022. When I put it in the printer the printer sent a message that the cartridge was empty. I was unable to print ANYTHING without doing a 30 minute contingency run to print the documents I needed TODAY. I also ordered 962 magenta and it also said CARTRIDGE DEPLETGE. Magenta date stamp - JULY 2022. FULL GRIP and costing me precious TIME and MONEY.

I'm actually writing on an ink cartridge because the HP 9010 printer won't print until all your ink cartridges are full and won't let you know when some are in cartridges empty. This should compel you to use their monthly service. I kept having to buy cartridges and couldn't print for more than a week. Very annoying. I would never buy a printer that requires color ink for black and white printing.

I use a lot of ink because I print so much, but I didn't want to subscribe to HP's automatic printer supplies. I prefer to get them when I think I need them and it's great that I can order original HP refill cartridges from Revain and have them delivered within a day or two. XL ink cartridges offer the best value for money and last much longer. I am satisfied with the quality, the ease of ordering and the speed of receipt.
