Bought this for my dad for Father's Day and he's loved it ever since. This works very well for him as all he really needs is a computer for text documents and a browser, so this computer is perfect for him. He had no problem with that, and since he has an Android phone, all his accounts and such can easily be transferred to his Chromebook. The Chromebook is NEW, but HP's warranty begins on the date the seller takes possession of it, not the date it was purchased by a Revain customer. First of all let me say this is a great product. If you don't need to run too many programs, this is a really good PC alternative. However, there seem to be problems with the keyboard. Twice I've ordered one of the HP 11 Chromebooks, first the older G4 model, and twice received the wrong model. In each case, the packaging was mislabeled either by HP or an HP Refurbisher/Dealer.
