Fast, reliable, good sound.

Works quickly as stated, screen not perfect but very good quality. As with any brand new screen, it can look grainy when you first turn it on and the colors are a bit unrealistic. The screen takes 3 to 8 hours to get the right resolution and colors. The first setup took 5 minutes, was very easy and includes many changes and innovations that can be difficult to set up at first, but eventually can be used like any other device, especially the keyboard and mouse are difficult for me to get used…

Great product for the price!

This was a great value purchase. It looked like new as there were no scratches or other imperfections on the case. The touchscreen doesn't respond the way I'd like, but it takes some getting used to. The battery lasts a long time, even with many hours of use, it holds a charge very well. It has 2 USB-C ports, a mini SD port, a headphone jack and only 1 regular USB port. It's heavy compared to my Acer Chromebook I've had before, but the screen size is slightly larger. I still think he might be…

Wi-Fi was not working properly - screen display is terrible

The Wi-Fi card does not work if you are more than 12 feet from the router. It worked fine near the router, so the card is fine. I suspect that the antenna's coaxial cables are loose on the adapter. Sent it back for a replacement. Lets see what happens. The second came and I started using it - everything seemed fine. But then when I started moving the screen forward or backward for convenience, it became invisible. It was very reminiscent of the old LCD screens of years ago when it was too dark…

Great buy no regrets

Got this to replace a clunky and slow Windows 10 laptop and I'm so glad I did! It arrived on time and well packaged, the screen was a bit dirty (perhaps due to the packaging) but it wasn't anything a microfiber cloth couldn't fix. I mostly use it plugged in, but the battery worked fine for a 6 hour plane ride with a couple of solitaire games I downloaded. This Chromebook boots up in no time and does a great job of what it's designed for - surfing and streaming. Love the 180 degree "laptop" to…

Wow, I'm impressed. Good for computers and tablets

I got this for my daughter when I accidentally stepped on it after it slipped off the couch without her knowing. She's been into gaming lately, so I wanted a decent one in return and her homework. That far exceeds my expectations. The first installation took about 5 minutes. The screen quality is almost as good as my MacBook: it tells me it doesn't slow down when I play Roblox/Minecraft on it. It just feels like quality. I spent less on this one than their old one and it was slow to begin with.

Great computer for a great price

Great computer for the price. We wanted a computer for our daughter to do her schoolwork and play her Roblox games. It's quick and easy to use. I didn't notice any lag when browsing the web or playing their games. The battery is great, lasts a long time even though my kid plays his games on it for hours and never closes previous pages. The touchscreen works perfectly, my daughters have not complained. The screen is good for a sub $300 computer, not as rich as my laptop but my laptop is $1000…

Great computer for school

I'm going back to school soon and need a laptop to take notes and write articles. I found this for less than $250 and was a bit hesitant because it was renovated, but it's absolutely beautiful. It looked and worked like new out of the box. It's very light and I'm obsessed with color. I don't think I used the touchscreen much thinking it was just a nice bonus, but it comes in very handy when navigating web browsers. I highly recommend wearing a matte screen protector for three reasons: 1.) It…
