The laptop itself is perfect and the Tech Warehouse seller has the best customer service I have ever seen. They delivered me a new laptop by air when the original was having technical issues to get it to me in time for my travels and kept me informed of every step.

I've had great fun with the 15" Specter for over 6 months and when my Mac refugee wife wanted a 13" model, we got this model. At first I was attracted by the looks of this laptop and then I realized that it doesn't have an HDMI port, only 1 USB port. I'm so glad I ordered from Tech Warehouse. Not only did it come with a 64 byte memory card, I mentioned the port issue to them and was willing to return the laptop because of it and they took my issue very seriously. Excellent service and delivery. Very easy to use. I like the touchpad option. The only thing I can't get used to is that there is no left and right mouse button selection for the mouse pad. And it gets very hot when I use it on my lap so I use a cooling pad.

Although I had this product it was great although it was missing some key features so I returned it for another. More importantly, this particular provider offers scientific customer service and will not disappoint.

Switched from a high end Samsung laptop to this one and love it. The screen resolution is excellent, the speed is fast, and the fingerprint field is on the main flat surface, not the side! I edit a lot of photos and this also happens when several editing programs are open at the same time. I am very happy that I have HP Spectre.

I liked everything about this laptop except ONE USB port. However, I highly recommend it. Very smooth, light and beautiful machine. Stunning screen sharpness and colors.
