Great for gaming without breaking the bank

I needed a new laptop for gaming, streaming etc. I chose HP because my old HP Laptop is already 6 years old and still works pretty well and it seemed like I got something new that will last a while but as always it was technically outdated to run some games and due to lack of free one Memory also very slow. This new model is much more powerful and has 3x more memory. I haven't found a game I can't play yet and watching videos/streaming is mostly flawless. Battery life isn't great, I think dueโ€ฆ

Outstanding quality and performance for the price.

As electronics As specialist and Having built many computers over the years, I can confidently say that the Pavilion line of gaming computers offer the best value for money I've seen in years. I've had many different brands of laptops and my HP laptops last the longest with the fewest problems. I'm not a big FPS fan like I used to be, but I can play World of Warcraft with full graphics with no video lag.

Pros
  • Memory and storage: 8GB DDR4-2400 SDRAM (expandable with 2 available memory slots) and faster booting, file transfer and faster operation with 256GB internal pcie(r) nvme(tm) M.2 SSD
Cons
  • Reliability

If you want a semi-detailed overview, this is for you.

Pretty good, for those interested. When I received this laptop, it came with M.2 only. No Sa. The case is for SATA, but there is no SATA, just an empty box for the case to be installed. Still a solid computer, good for gaming and heavy fans. Easy to maintain, thermal pads and paste are readily available. Even though it was bought by Walmart and everyone, including these folks, upped the price, it's still a solid computer for the extra $200 they put on it. This HP was originally sold at Walmartโ€ฆ

Pros
  • Fast Processor: 9th Gen Intel(r) Core(tm) Processor i5-9300h, Quad Core, 2.4GHz to 4.1GHz with Intel) Turbo Boost
Cons
  • Minor issues

This laptop is great for gaming up to 1K.

I've seen people say the battery life isn't great, but I don't think those people understand that every time you use your PC to play a game, you never do more than a few get hours unless you're willing to shell out thousands for a laptop. Image quality is excellent. Specs are generally great for less than 1k. it can be updated. It also has Intel Optane for the SSD. I've seen people complain about the keyboard backlight not staying on. IT SHOULD NOT. The light goes out when not in use. All youโ€ฆ
