This monitor arrived today, about two weeks after ordering it. I was very disappointed when the tilt mechanism didn't work. When properly installed, the monitor would lean forward and not stand up at all. (Another reviewer had the same issue.) We called HP technical support and were told it appeared to be a manufacturer defect. He instructed us to bring it back to AMAZON. AMAZON willingly accepted the return.

I was nervous about buying this monitor because for the price and quality it was too good to be true. But it's worth it! Get it when you need it!

The quality is good - picture, graphics, etc. just great. But the size is not the same. The description says 19 inches. It was only 1 1/2 inches wider than my old monitor which was 15 inches. So that's significantly less than 19 inches. If you want a 19 inch monitor, DO NOT buy this.

This monitor is great! The picture is amazing and the design is very elegant and not bulky! And very easy to adjust the height! I may be ordering another one soon to have two monitors!

The monitor seemed to be okay in terms of picture quality, but the stand was unusable. The tilt mechanism on the stand was not adjustable no matter how hard I tried. I thought I would break it. If you let go of the monitor, it will fall down as it is stuck tilted forward. I returned it for another one and it was the same. I can see where other people have had the same problem. I sent them both back and chose a different brand. Very poor factory quality control.
