We've had this printer for years and this is the first time we've had to replace the toner. The blue showed some streaks on the printouts, so we knew it was probably time to replace them. It was nice to be able to get genuine HP toner at a lower price than others. Thanks very much!

Cyan cartridge stopped working after very few copies which gave us some troubles. Inkers promptly sent a shipping label and refunded the money for this cartridge. The support from the company was excellent. The quality of a remanufactured toner cartridge cannot be trusted. I would buy from Inkers again but not with this product.

If you work in an office that receives dozens of cartridges a year and none of them are suspiciously taped top to bottom over the factory sealed end, you might think it's not an OEM cartridge .no? We can't be 100% sure if that's the case or not, but the taped end leads us to believe it's not. The seller claims that this is necessary to ensure the safety of the box during delivery. You can decide for yourself whether you want to make this purchase.

This toner, while relatively basic, outperforms many toners for sale here at Revain and elsewhere. Why? Because it is original and not remade. I'm pro-recycle, eco-friendly, etc., but when you buy this OEM product you get (a) a COMPLETE toner cartridge and (b) the toner color works as it should and doesn't bleed or smudge on non-printed pages. We bought this toner cartridge in November 2010 to keep in stock. Used May 2011. Each page is chipping in blue ink. I cannot reach the company (Calitoner). Your line is always busy. No response to my inquiry to your company through your online form. The product is not an HP product even though they use this image. Don't buy from them.
