The poor quality of the material and design of this accessory renders it downright incompatible for daily use in the kitchen. The only pro is its affordability, but expect to frequently replace this cheap product. The biggest con is its lack of durability, which causes regular disruptions during cooking. Save yourself the trouble and look for a better alternative.

The product is not suitable for the intended use with Samaung MG14H3020CM. Yes it fits in the microwave itself and the glass fins fit on the motor assembly, but with the OEM glass tray roller the tray is too high and the glass tabs are above the motor so the tray doesn't rotate. . Basically the ribs The 3 center ribs are not deep enough to cut into the motor assembly while sitting on the OEM wheel ring.

Purchased to replace the original player in our Samsung Microwave/Cooker Hood which was intended to be compatible with this product. Our Samsung model is ME20H705MSS, about 4 years old. The turntable barely fit in, but at least it did. However, the glass ribs on the underside that are meant to engage the swivel mechanism don't protrude very far and are rounded, making it easy to detach the table to keep it from rotating. We're using it at the moment and it's ok, but I wouldn't recommend it.
