I can now plug in at home without unplugging the 50A cord, then the 30A stepped plug plugs into my house's 20A outlet. THIS little gem allows me to go straight from the RV to the house and it runs on 1 AC when needed.

Such a useful little adapter! Instead of pulling our heavy 50 amp cord to plug into our home adapter, we just plug this guy into the RV and run a simple power strip. Too bad I didn't see this many years ago. Parking at home becomes much easier.

Used for the first time on a hike last weekend. My main battery doesn't hold a charge well enough to run my onboard generator on this trip, so I used that and an extension cord to head to my small portable generator in the morning to hop in. Much more convenient than plugging adapters into my 50 amp cord to make it smaller. Great!

I have a 1998 26' Regal 258 and this plug fits my 35' 30A shore power cable snugly. Even the lashing ring held the adapter well on the boat. The clamping ring was of the same composition and thickness as the main cable. I connected a 120 volt 20 amp extension cord to it to charge the onboard batteries and AC-DC converter. Everything works fine for testing onboard electrical equipment.

Plug works great! Exactly what I was looking for when staying at home with friends or family with my motorhome. There's no need to pull out my giant heavy 50A service cord to hook them up to their little 110V line. Just place it on the RV and plug in a standard power strip and I can turn on the lights, watch TV and charge my bus batteries without starting the generator. And it was a great price. Thanks.
