My Vive bases had a problem sleeping when I turned off the headset, so I bought them to make them easier to turn off without disconnecting anything. It works great and I would recommend it to anyone who might stumble across it for the same reason.

I didn't want to constantly plug and unplug my Bright Eyes bike light from the battery. This is to minimize battery drain when the flashlight is not in use. This integrated switch has exactly the connections I need to match my headlight and battery. Super useful and great buy IMO. The switch isn't waterproof, but that suits me.

I have used this on some FPV goggles used in the drone industry. The EV200D goggles are FPV goggles made in China (of course) and have no power switch. They just turn on when you plug in the battery, which is obviously a money-saving strategy. But I wanted to implement a switch and it worked fine. Once even caught by a light rain on the field.
