I tried to control PTZ for streaming with remote control, with iPad/iPhone app, with software plug-in and now with this one. Wow what a difference! Pan, tilt, zoom and focus accuracy is excellent and presets are easy to program and recall. I need a longer cable between camera and joystick, but it's NBD.

I expected something better. In general, the quality is normal, but connecting, setting up and setting up is a headache! Definitely NOT plug and play! The PC keyboard plugs in and works, but it's something special that needs programming. But if you still need it, you will still buy it, the instructions say a lot, but nothing useful!
