Looks nice when it's up.

Looks good when raised, braces and braces appear to be well made. As it is aluminum it cannot be cut with a pipe cutter, use a hacksaw. I was concerned that the ceiling mount rod would not adjust because the rod was not screwed all the way in. Cut it off with bolt cutters and the set screw on the bottom o-ring retainer will hold the stem in place. It's very light, but I don't mind, the shower curtains aren't heavy.

Pros
  • Absolute legend
Cons
  • There are other interesting options.

Very light but does what it's supposed to.

Very light but does the job. The first thing you'll notice is how light the bar feels, but with nice end brackets and a ceiling mount, it really gets the job done and feels very secure. The hardest part is making sure the end brackets are well secured and at the right angle. Also, most shower curtains are 72 inches long, so keep them high enough. This bar is 90 inches. I ordered a 108" curtain, hope it works. If it goes on like this for a while it's a bargain. I think you can find it cheaper…

Does the job at a great price

Love the finish and how it looks when everything is in place. The price CANNOT be higher. We were looking for a quick replacement and this one was perfect in every way. It was pretty easy to install as many have said, depending on the height of your bathroom ceiling you may need to cut the ceiling support rod off with a hacksaw (the screw should hold it in place once cut). The only downside is that it scratches fairly easily, but not to the point that I feel I should return it. It's perfectly…

  • Quick Change

Works great for my bathtub without a full alcove wall

It's lightweight, but strong and durable - and shiny! I think lightness serves an important purpose. The rod did what it had to do. I had to cut the pipe to the right length. It cuts very easily with my jigsaw. I had a solid work area and made a perfect, even cut. Also, due to my low ceiling, I had to shorten the massive metal support bar. When I cut the support rod I also added a mark with a jigsaw and filed about 1/4 inch from the end. The fitting that holds the stem has a screw that tightens

Pros
  • Easy to install
Cons
  • Disappear

it was worth it. best in Shower Curtains, Hooks & Inserts

We moved into our home a year ago and the previous owner had an L shaped shower rod with no bracket whatsoever. it fell off a bit but after a year it finally came out of the wall and I had to remove it. 3 months later without a shower curtain my boys ruined their bathroom and we decided it was time to do something about it. it.we called 2 contractors and they offered us over $400 for installation and parts. It's too much so I figured I'd at least try it first before we hire anyone. I found this

Pros
  • New to my collection
Cons
  • Factor Set

No adjustment just drywall anchors and labor intensive assembly

With all the good reviews I thought this would be a good choice and easy to use. So there is no regulation. The support rod means the shower curtain needs to be two feet below the ceiling. In our case, that means it's under our shower head, which is unacceptable. It wasn't long enough for our bath either. Also, it was painful to pack. To make a longer bar there is a piece of bent aluminum that you need to press together and then insert into two sections of rail. I'm tall and quite strong but I…

Pros
  • Excellent workmanship
Cons
  • No insurance

Wrong size, hard to change.

Just wanted to know I have installed several bathrooms but this is the first time I have required a corner curtain rod. I could have given it 3 or 4 stars if it wasn't for all the 5 star reviews. I don't want to put you off buying it, but you should know what you're getting. What's wrong with that: 1. Price2. price3. Price What's wrong with it: 1. Size2. Size 3. Size Look at the picture and see how well it fits a very standard American new bathroom (it still has the sticker on). But that's…
