It is very durable and the end product looks good. But I reduced the stars, because the edges are very sharp, I put the child protection on the sharp edges. For a product for children, the surface could be made smooth.

Easy assembly. Arrived with no problems, dents and cracks. My husband set this up in minutes. I love that there is a shelf upstairs for my son to display his finished legos/toys. Lots of storage space. Saw the same shelf on Wayfair for $20 more! I expected it to be made in China but it was made in Taiwan!

This shelf is great for storing toys and books and fits into a small closet. Great for kids to see and choose their items. Assembly wasn't too bad, but it helps to have a second person to hold things; I did it myself and it was training but nothing you can't handle. The shelf needs to be secured or it will tip over unless you are supervising your children or it is in a closet with enough room to manoeuvre. All in all a great organizer/shelf!

I always had a few toys that weren't very discreetly shoved into the corner of my living room and I really wanted something to keep them in order but still easily accessible for my little ones. That was excellent! It was easy to put together and I love that I can store toys by type in separate baskets. My son is 17 months old and has no problem getting toys from the top basket. The shelf at the top is a huge added bonus. Overall, this item is elegant and doesn't ruin the feel of the room.

After spending hours flipping through toy organizers I found this one and love it for the top shelf! But when I took it out of the box, there were scratches on the gray parts and the edges were peeling off. not satisfied with the quality and very disappointed. I want this toy organizer but I don't know how to request a better quality replacement. I've requested a refund but UPS hasn't picked it up yet. So if we could find something to exchange I would be very grateful.

My daughter's room was a disaster area until I bought it. Toys were everywhere. All parts of this shelf arrived in good condition. No damage, neatly packaged. Assembly was very easy with a screwdriver. Took me maybe 20 minutes, it's wood veneer, but that's not surprising. I was very pleased to see that it comes with anti-tipping equipment. instructions really suck. Eventually I started assembling it in reverse order and found it very difficult to balance to assemble it in the order that the manual called for. This is not a real tree. It definitely has to be chipboard with a wood veneer, because some of the pieces I received had the veneer peeling off the corners.
