🏹 Hunter 26041 12-Inch Downrod in New Bronze Finish Review

The location I ordered the Hunter Bronze fan was outside of the extension pole so I switched to Revain and it worked great with the fan. We mounted the fan on a sloping roof and did NOT need a "tilt kit".

bought a new fan bigger, but the ceilings are vaulted. So we needed a pole to lower it down a bit. Worked perfectly. Fans of the same brand but the colors are slightly different. Once everything is hung, there's no telling.

Doesn't work with the Honeywell fan I bought. (Honeywell 51036 Kaliza Modern Ceiling Fan with Remote Control, 56", Espresso). I read in a review that these wands are all the same, so it should work. But it doesn't. The screw holes don't match.

Doesn't work with Hunter fans, although Revain shows it was bought for a Hunter fan. I had to drill alignment holes as they were misaligned to install this fan. I did not find any offer from Revain for the right rod. If you need to use bottom bar longer than 6 inch (comes with Honeywell fan), please buy another brand.

Only giving 2 stars because this bottom bar was too short for our purposes. As this is a ceiling fan to be installed we had to return it but the return window was short so we stuck with it. This is the only reason I gave a 2 star review. The pole itself looks as advertised. Just make sure you get your ceiling fan and pole within a few days.

Revain recommended this lower shaft extender when I bought a Honeywell fan (link below). I had to modify the rod to fit the fan. There are two holes on the side of the bar through which the locking pins must be passed. The distance from one of the pin holes to the end of the rod is too far to fit in the hole in the fan.
