Good product. Only moderately difficult to install.

The product comes with instructions that appear to apply to multiple products. Therefore, it is somewhat confusing to identify your product's installation instructions. And it's not plug and play. There are several steps you need to figure out. Other than that, this is exactly what I expected, so this is not a complaint, just a note. Over the years the Hunter Douglas lampshade cord has snapped with three other matching shades (of the same colour) stuck in it Room. We were concerned that we would not be able to match the color of the new shade with others and that we would have to buy four new shades to match the colors and we could open and close all shades again. Originally sent the wrong kit, contacted the seller and received the correct one

Updated: The seller couldn't make an exchange but I was able to return the money for the first one and buy it again but during this time the price went up $5 and was a problem. Fixed my "Blinds Next Day "

My house is full of "Blinds Next Day" and they are sold out. When a cord broke in my honeycomb shade, I noticed that the Hunter Douglass repair kit had the correct parts, so I ordered one. This kit was a little tricky to use, but I was able to fix a broken blind in about 45 minutes. Now that I know what I'm doing, it takes about 15 minutes. Patience is required in any case.
