This is for my 11 year old boy and they fit as expected. Hurley is his favorite brand and he says he loves these shorts. They have 1 back pocket and a drawstring waist with 2 eyelets on each side. The colors are what I love about them. Just obnoxious enough to exude a bit of surfer confidence.

My 10 year old is average height. They are too big in the waist and there is no drawstring or anything like that. He loves pink so we were very upset that it didn't suit him.

It is very nice! I love the color combination! My kids swim every day and wear them almost every day. They dry very quickly, hang on the street after bathing. They are often left in the sun and the color does not deteriorate. They are easy to wash and dry in the washing machine and in the dryer. Hurley always has quality clothing and this one is no exception.

Bought 4t for our 40lb 3 1/2 year old. A bit big but definitely appropriate for this season. Polka dot print appears when wet. My only complaint is that the mesh lining is black.

He reaches his goal. My only concern is that they should not be sewn on the inside to avoid rashes while surfing. Good thing there's a tip inside.

My son loves these shorts. I wasn't sure if it was swim shorts or shorts but either way I think they could be used for both. He loves the style and the color. very nice brand. Well made and looks good. great style/fashion. I love that he doesn't mind wearing pink, they look so cute.

These are great shorts for boys. I'm a size 6 for my almost 7 year old and they were a bit big for him but they have an elastic waistband to make them tighter so should last a few years!

I really like the shorts on my son but had to order two or three pairs to get the right size. My son wears a size 6/7 and I ended up buying him a size 4 to get it right. You are really big.
