I have just purchased a 2018 Elantra Sport in very good condition. Since I spend a lot of time outdoors, my shoes sometimes get wet and dirty. Traditional floor mats don't collect water from your shoes or the winter dirt you lug around. These liners have a collar around the perimeter to keep dirt out of the carpet. Update November 15, 2017: Unfortunately, when worn, it turns out that they do not "stick” to the ground. In some places it really starts to rise, I'll try to take a picture.
