    Too expensive, poor quality

    This is my second hydroflask that crumpled in the first week of use. The bottles are not of very good quality and I was just told by the sellers that dents and scratches are not covered by the lifetime warranty. So what is covered? I bought a bottle for my other baby from a local store for less than half the price of this one about 6 months ago and it is much stronger, no dents and has been dropped a few more times.

    Not what I ordered - felt like they were quick to scam me

    I've placed two different orders for Hydro Flask water bottles, both from Tall Ridge. One was packaged the same way HydroFlask bottles are - with a paper sleeve around the bottle, in a nice cloth pouch. The second was NOTHING like what I ordered: It was a Cantin Wedge, not a HydroFlask, but there was a HydroFlask paper sleeve around the bottle that hid the Cantin Wedge's name. And the second one isn't the color I ordered either - I ordered blue but it's green. And it was scratched in several…

    Completely disappointed. I thought the bottle had better insulation.

    Totally disappointed. I thought the bottle would have better insulation given the many good reviews and the high price, but the ice melted after a few hours. On the other hand, there is no condensation. Update: After using this bottle for a little over a week, the handle on the cap broke off. I can put it back on but it's not reliable anymore and I almost dropped it when it broke. Considering I paid $35 plus tax for a quality vacuum flask, I'm very disappointed.

    Revain definitely sells counterfeit/defective bottles

    Several other reviewers say the same. I bought these after losing the one I bought from REI and was suspicious when I noticed that the water in the bottle didn't stay cold. I used to fill my REI HydroFlask with ice when I went camping and it stayed frozen for 48 hours. This bottle of Revain can't keep water cold for more than a few hours. Also, one day it was lying sideways in my pocket and when I took it out an hour later my pocket was wet. Either they are fakes or Revain sells faulty…

    This is not the Hydroflask brand

    This is not at all what I thought I ordered. I'm pretty sure this is NOT the Hydroflask brand. The Hydroflask brand was on a strip of paper wrapped around the bottle, but nowhere on the bottle itself does it say it's a Hydroflask, not even under the bottle itself. There are other Hydroflasks, and they're completely different. It came with the cap shown in the picture, just the standard wide neck cap and it barely fits.     Brilliant. Nice grippy texture, comfortable grip to swing, and a gong-like sound when it hits people's heads.

    Two weeks and I'm delighted. I've traveled with him on the plane, taken him to the beach, cycled him to and from work every day and thrown him on the floor. I've never had a vacuum flask, so I'm always amazed at how cold it keeps my water. I haven't hit 6/8+ hours of ice like some people claim, but I also don't use a lot of ice and often don't close the lid out of laziness.     Good option - wish the cap was easier to screw on though

    Overall I like the water bottle. There are two issues I have with a bottle of water. First, the top doesn't screw in as easily as I'd like. But compared to other water bottles, it's still not bad. I had a serious problem when it was too easy to screw the cap on an old Kleen Kanteen water bottle, and I didn't realize it until I noticed a lot of water had leaked out. No problem with this bottle.
