My daughter loves them and she has sensitive ears, Clairs earrings (cheap) were very irritating to her ears and caused them to become infected. I returned the earrings she was pierced with before the infection spread but she wanted cute earrings so I bought them, they are definitely surgical steel and hypoallergenic, I recommend

My daughter has a terrible reaction to any cheap jewelry we buy. I thought I was destined to splurge gold for them, that surgical steel is amazing! She had no problems with it and I'm so glad we found the cutest ones. The only complaint I have is that the button placket is a bit larger than I expected for baby earrings - they didn't mind when they were on, but they were a little tricky to put on.

As other reviewers have said, they are larger than the average little one's earrings and were difficult to put on, but we just had to do it very slowly. Once inside they were perfect. Much easier to take off the back than the earrings we bought with her piercing.

Before I put them in my daughter's ears, I wipe them with alcohol. However, due to fasting, my daughter's earlobes became infected. So I threw them away.

They are perfect for a 6 year old, the screw tops keep it in place and you can loosen or tighten it to your liking. The color and gems still stay in place...she's worn it every day for months with no issues. ears don't hurt.

When they arrived they were in 4 separate bags. Upon opening it, I noticed that the pin that goes in your ear has turned/tarnished to a dark silver color. My daughter's ears have just been pierced and I will NOT risk her ears! I'll be back!

Don't buy these if you want hypoallergenic earrings. Within 48 hours our child's ears were red, swollen and itchy. It was the first set purchased after her titanium pierced earrings were removed. They are pure garbage!

The earring looks larger in the photo. They are tiny and the quality of the colored stones is off brand. Unfortunately they look cheap. You will be sent back.
