This is a great case to protect your 5 inch GPS. It fits both Garmin Nuvi 55 and Magellan 5045. It holds all cables and connectors including windshield suction cup. To position the windshield mount in a case, place the flat end of the suction cup between the cardboard sheet and the hard side of the case. If necessary, make a slit in the mesh to allow the other half of the suction cup to fit in without resistance. The fit is tight but nothing splashes and everything is protected. You can close…

This is a good hard case that will probably protect your GPS. However, the picture is deceptive as the only accessories I can pack in the bag above are the car charger and instruction manual. A charger is enough, but I don't have one. Garmin's suction cup is a one-piece piece that cannot be bent or folded, so it won't fit in a pocket without one end or the other creating a bulge that could press against the GPS screen held below.
