Great service and good value; responsive technical assistance

The price for this package was very affordable, but their customer support team were excellent when we needed it most! They helped us with some problems that arose during our project implementation (including adding in additional domains), as well as troubleshooting other issues at different points along the way. Their turnaround time to get back to you after your inquiry/ticket submission can be quite long - up to about 10 business days or so later. So keep an eye out if things aren't coming…

I've used them for over 10 years, and they are very helpful!

They helped me register my domains at an affordable price through their own hosting plan! Also, they have been very helpful with any issues that arose during our relationship together. It's so easy to communicate via chat or phone call when your dealing online like this! Nothing yet but would definitely recommend them as soon as you need assistance setting up something for digital marketing purposes such as website development services etc.. Their customer support team can assist in everything…

Solid Host With Great Customer Service

Very easy to use interface, very fast response time for issues that arise. Nothing so far! They do all of our DNS hosting with great customer support at fair rates. We have an existing client base from other companies who are looking to move up-market but we need better control over what they can access in their account than just being able to change passwords or create subdomains. This solution was perfect for us as it allows them total flexibility while giving full administrative power back…

  • The pricing structure is a little high for companies with smaller needs, so it would be a win win if they were to lower the rates for those with less needs
