They were so smeared that it was simply impossible to smooth them out. My project didn't have time to go back and order new ones. There is no hope that the new ones will be in better shape. I use them outside and just hope they don't look too bad from a distance.

The loops are bright in color and look like they would work well outdoors. They are soft to the touch but the backing of the tape is plastic so they stick well to the outside. The only complaint I have is that the courier left my package leaning against my mailbox outside. Comfort for the pirates on the porch, they don't even have to come near my porch!

. Unfortunately some of them fell apart in less than two weeks and became garbage before Christmas (bought the second week of December). By the beginning of the year, 3 arches are still functional and not destroyed. The weather wasn't bad at all so it's kinda funny that they fall apart the way they did. I will not buy these bows again.
