Good for what it does

First off, it's NOT GIGABITS. It was my fault, the title clearly says it's 10/100MB. So if you try to use this with a hotspot (like Ubiquiti) you will NOT get full speed. So just a big warning! What it is though, if you're happy with 100MB of bandwidth, it works fine.

Pros
  • Nice to use
Cons
  • I'll write later

Ideal for my application - the LED sign we are.

Perfect fit for my application - LED sign that we control via 2.4Ghz WiFi - Module on sign is AC powered but module outside our building is POE but not standard: It does not signal that the normal injector is on. This one is on all the time.

Pros
  • GOLS certified
Cons
  • Long wait

Works exactly as intended and advertised. I was .

Works exactly as intended and advertised. I was a little annoyed when it got here that it was only a 10/100 but that's 100% my fault as the speed is clearly stated in the product name.

Pros
  • Convenient item
Cons
  • Only available in black

Works great right away

Arrived quickly, sent in neat packaging that prevented damage. I plugged it in and my SV3C camera started working straight away. You can't ask for more for such a cheap device. This saves me the hassle of having to connect the power to where I will be mounting this camera. I feel stupid for not ordering this thing sooner - I'll be buying a few more for other cameras.

Pros
  • Satisfied so far
Cons
  • There are some nuances

Seems to work well with Meraki MR33

I took a chance instead of buying a Cisco/Meraki branded injector because 1) it was cheaper, 2) generally rave reviews has what I'm sure you can trust because it's internetz and 3) YOLO. Don't know the durability quality as I've just started using it but so far so good.

Pros
  • One year trial
Cons
  • Not as good as it says

High performance good price but not 802.3af

Good product but only 3 stars because the name is wrong. Why lie? Just say it powers 802.3af devices. The device easily delivers 15 watts, but it actually reaches 22 watts without any problems. This is mode B (pins 4 and 5 plus, 7 and 8 minus) and will power almost all 802.3af devices (maybe 98% will accept mode B) but only if all 4 pairs are connected to the cable. The device is NOT 802.3af compliant. This is a passive device - so if you accidentally plug a laptop or printer into a PoE port…

Pros
  • Acceptable
Cons
  • Long time

Works very well with networking products

Seems to be really good quality. Works with my cameras with no problems. Probably as good or close to the quality as the manufacturer.

Pros
  • Few competitors
Cons
  • old
