First of all, I love this frame. My neck pain and sinus congestion is gone since I sleep with my head propped up. The mechanics are quiet, but the massage is noisy. It shook my whole upstairs and I couldn't figure out how to turn it off. (Hit Timer 3x.) Just received our queen frame this weekend and I must say I'm very impressed with the product. Delivery "issues" aside (see below), the product is solid, well documented, and works as advertised. I read a lot of reviews for this model and it's predecessor the IdealBed 3i. I bought this when I had 2 severely broken high ribs and could not lay down for months until it healed. My Tempurpedic mattress had no problem becoming adjustable and it fit inside my current bed frame so I didn't have to disassemble my headboard. After purchasing I found out there are headboard attachments so I will get those later. Love the frame. But was a huge inconvenience of it coming on time. The original day it was supposed to be here they called and said it was running late by 2 days. I already had arrangements for removable of old bed. Which cost me money. I did call to reschedule due to weather. If it came on time would have given 5 stars.
