It slips but is best in spark plugs and spark plug tools

I have the handyman tools and didn't expect any problems with the socket slipping but unfortunately it happened. It wasn't too bad as all I had to do was plug the extension cord back in, wiggle it around a bit, and then the outlet came out with the plug in. Just make sure the fork is fully extended as it has a lot of threads. It came off again when I put the plug back in, but I put the extension back in and wiggled the socket and it came out.

Pros
  • Nice packaging
Cons
  • The secret

Great head for BMW spark plugs for the price!

Very cheap but reliable. Can't beat the price. Had a great time removing the BMW Z4 E89 spark plugs. The only downside is that the dents for the ball lock weren't all that deep and I had to use a piece of paper towel to hold it in place so I could remove the bushing once I had finished screwing the spark plugs into the engine. . All in all I would definitely recommend if you are looking to save money on basic spark plug work.

Pros
  • GOLS certificate

Don't waste your money on that useless socket because if you do you'll waste time trying to fish it out of the spark plug hole. Spend your money on a slim wall outlet set with fixed swivel extensions. Very disappointed because the overall result was good. You hit the yard line and fumbled the ball with that rosette! Note. You can fix this with a Dremel tool, but it's not necessary.

Pros
  • Great design
Cons
  • Almost everything is fine

It works, but there is a BUT

It works, but the latches that interact with the balls on the screwdriver or the 3/8 extensions are either too small or not positioned correctly. I've tried the socket on several brands of drivers and extension cords and it broke before the spark plug was removed from the socket. It's a bad thing to install plugs deep in the engine bay. To cover my ass, I taped the plug to the end of the 3/8 extension for security. This worked fine, and given the low usage of this socket, I can live with this…

Pros
  • Free for educational purposes
Cons
  • Lots of stuff
