I was looking for a quality product and didn't want to spend a fortune. I did a lot of research and this is the best I could find. I am delighted with this cooler and it has exceeded all my expectations!

My husband and I bought this igloo to keep our food and drinks cool while traveling from Florida to New York. We were pleased to learn that this igloo did the job. At the end of the 3 day trip the ice was still frozen and everything was still cold. We recommend this igloo ice box; We are very happy with it!

The only thing the wheels lack is a large unit and when fully loaded it is quite heavy. We've only used it once so far, but it worked well. The small amount of ice kept at 80F was not a problem for our ride. The trip only lasts a few days, so I wasn't able to test the 7-day concept. Based on my experience, I think that's possible.

Style and price are much better than the other two I've bought. The wire basket is a great addition. Used for drinks over the holidays and after 9 days I still had ice. The weather was only 40-50 degrees outside but I was pleasantly surprised at how well it stayed cold and closed or open most of the time. Bought both Yeti and Rtic but this one is my favorite.

Pros: Sturdy construction and all the features you'd expect from a more expensive cooler. It's much steeper in cost. And the price makes it an attractive alternative to rotomoulded competitors. Cons: As of September 2020, Revain's description incorrectly lists this as rotational molding, which is actually not the case. I'm also not a fan of clasps as they are loose and don't hold the lid tight and without air.

Despite being large and bulky, it does everything you would expect from a quality cooler. In this case, the lack of portability outweighs the quality of this cooler. Without opening the cool box, stored in the shade at 40-70 degrees, after 24 hours of refrigeration, it kept ice for 10 consecutive days. Excellent purchase. I'm glad I didn't buy anything more expensive, because you can only really make a cool box like this. and Igloo did it.

I researched many coolers before purchasing. It seems there is a good balance between cost, performance and weight. Sure, you can buy one that costs twice as much and can last a day longer, but it probably weighs twice as much as a cooler. I took it with me for my first fishing trip. I packed it with enough food and drink for 4 men and 20 pounds of ice. It was light enough for two men to carry, worked well and was easy to clean.
